BlueWorks announced on the 3rd that its electronic document meeting solution, ‘SmartPlace 10.0,’ has been selected for the ‘Public Institution Pilot Purchase Product’ program organized by the Korea Small Business Distribution Center.

The ‘Public Institution Pilot Purchase System,’ jointly operated by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and the Korea Small Business Distribution Center, is a program designed to support public institutions in purchasing and adopting innovative and public-oriented SME products first by screening and selecting them.

This system is regarded as a policy mechanism that helps technology products from excellent SMEs settle into the market early and expand their sales channels within the public procurement market.

With this selection, BlueWorks’ ‘SmartPlace 10.0’ is now eligible for pilot application in public institutions nationwide. The company expects it to lead innovation in electronic document-based meeting and collaboration environments across the public sector.

‘SmartPlace 10.0’ is electronic document meeting software that enables real-time integrated management and sharing of documents, agendas, and materials generated during meetings.

It maximizes meeting efficiency and productivity through collaboration features such as document sharing and management, schedule management, and the drafting and distribution of minutes. It is particularly optimized for establishing ‘smart work’ environments in public institutions, supporting non-face-to-face work, digital administration, and knowledge asset management.

Song Hye-ja, CEO of BlueWorks, stated, “The selection of SmartPlace 10.0 as a pilot purchase product validates BlueWorks’ technological capabilities and its potential for public sector application.” She added, “We will continue to enhance collaboration efficiency in both the public and private sectors through AI-based electronic document technology and contribute to creating a smart administrative environment.”

Meanwhile, using this selection as a springboard, BlueWorks plans to actively pursue pilot projects for public institutions and accelerate the advancement of electronic document collaboration technology and the expansion of its presence in the public procurement market.
