• Completely redeveloped after the EOS of the previous product… Optimized for digital transformation with a web-based structure
  • Meets public institution requirements with server-centric security design… Adopted by Namwon City Hall, Cheongju City Hall, etc.

BlueWorks (CEO Song Hye-ja), a company specializing in smart work, announced on the 4th that it has officially registered its newly developed smart work solution, ‘SmartPlace v10.0,’ on the Public Procurement Service’s KONEPS (Korea On-line E-Procurement System) Online Shopping Mall.

This product is a completely new release, redeveloped from the ground up to reflect the latest web-based technologies and security structures following the End of Service (EOS) of the previous version, SmartPlace v9.0. BlueWorks carried out the entire process of planning, design, and development in-house. In September of last year, the solution also acquired the GS (Good Software) certification, a domestic software quality certification.

SmartPlace v10.0 is a smart work platform designed to digitally transform document-centric work environments within organizations. It is equipped with various features, including electronic document meetings, collaboration tools, whiteboard sharing, and user permission management. Designed with an installation-free web-based structure, it is accessible from various devices and is optimized for flexible, field-oriented work environments.

In particular, security features have been significantly strengthened. The system is designed so that shared documents and images are stored only on the server and leave no trace on user terminals, making it suitable for public institution environments with high security standards.

Currently, major public institutions such as Namwon City Hall, Cheongju City Hall, the Korea Workers’ Compensation & Welfare Service, and the Pohang Accelerator Laboratory have adopted the solution and are actively using it. BlueWorks expects this product to establish itself as a representative case of digital transformation in the public sector.

A company official stated, “SmartPlace v10.0 is not a simple upgrade, but a proprietary platform newly developed based on new technologies,” adding, “With this registration on KONEPS, we aim to grow into a technical standard for public smart work environments.”

The official further added, “We will continue to enhance functions and provide technical support to establish ourselves as a leading smart work solution encompassing both the public and private sectors.”
